Morning is the best time that our bodies are ready for elimination of waste. Fresh fruit juice helps with that elimination process.
- Substitue your solid, cooked lunch with a glass of fresh organic vegetable juice. For the same reason menioned above, you’ll get more nutrients by juicing you green leafy vegetables like lettuce, celery, kale, cucumber, broccoli, etc. Can you imaging eating the amount of vegetable you may need to make 8-10 ounces of juice? That would be quite a bit of chewing.
- Once you have had fresh fruit juices for breakfast, fresh vegetable juice for lunch, juicing for weight loss at dinner time is optional. You can make yourself another delicious glass of juice or eat a healthy cooked meal.
